Founders
Dianne Challenor
Co-Founder & Co-CEO
Di has over twenty years' experience in global banking in Hong Kong and Sydney at Citibank, JPMorgan Chase and Westpac.
Before co-founding Constantinople, Di ran Global Transaction Services & Payments for Westpac, where she also launched Westpac’s digital bank.
Earlier, Di was a Managing Director with JPMorgan Chase where she led Global Treasury Services for Asia Pacific with responsibility across 14 markets. Before that, Di spent 12 years at Citibank including as Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer for Citi’s Global Transaction Services in Asia.
In 2017, Di was recognised as one of PaymentsSource’s Most Influential Women in Payments. She has held board positions at NPP, ASX-listed Zip and Superhero.
She is a graduate of Macquarie Graduate School of Management and University of Western Sydney.
Macgregor Duncan
Co-Founder & Co-CEO
Mac has over twenty years' experience in banking, tech and private equity in New York, Silicon Valley and Sydney.
Before co-founding Constantinople, Mac was Chief Development Officer at Westpac responsible for corporate & business development. Mac also launched Westpac's digital bank.
Earlier, Mac was a Managing Director at a private equity fund in New York, led corporate & business development at a Silicon Valley startup, worked as an investment banker at Goldman Sachs, and as a corporate lawyer in New York. He started his career as associate to Justice Michael Kirby at the High Court of Australia.
Mac has sat on the boards of numerous tech companies in Australia and the US.
He graduated from Adelaide University, Princeton's School of Public & International Affairs, and Harvard Law School.

James Cameron

Sachin Bhanot
